Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Stenographer Recruitment Exam 2024
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced a recruitment exam for Class C and D Stenographers. There are approximately 2006 posts available. Interested candidates are invited to advertise and apply online.
Application Fee:
- General Candidates: ₹100/-
- Female, SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) Candidates: No fee
- Payment Methods: Online BHIM UPI, Net Banking, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or RuPay

- Start Date for Online Applications: 26 July 2024
- Deadline for Online Applications: 17 August 2024 (23:00 hours)
- Deadline for Online Payment: 18 August 2024 (23:00 hours)
- Application Window and Online Payment Maintenance: 27 August 2024 – 28 August 2024 (23:00 hours)
- Date of Computer-Based Test: October – November 2024
Age Limit (as of 1 August 2024):
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age for Class C Stenographer: 30 years
- Eligibility: Candidates born before 2 August 1994 and no later than 1 August 2006 are eligible to apply.
