Qualifications and Experience

| Chief Security Officer | Graduate in any discipline, preferably from a recognized University | Should hold the rank of Superintendent of Police (SP) or equivalent in Police/Army/Paramilitary forces, with an excellent service record and at least three years of experience as SP or equivalent. |
Job Responsibilities

| Oversee the implementation and periodic review of the Security Policy. |
| Plan and execute security measures at the Bank’s premises in alignment with guidelines from the Government of India, RBI, and Indian Banks Association, with input from the Central Security Department. |
| Ensure the efficiency, training, and discipline of the security staff under your command. |
| Maintain liaison with Police, Fire Services, and other relevant authorities to ensure the security of Bank property. |
| Provide professional input to the Central Security Department to maintain a foolproof security setup. |
| Handle additional responsibilities related to Bank Security as assigned. |
| Arrange for a qualified and experienced substitute during any period of absence, at your own risk and cost. |
Remuneration and Benefits
