Manager – Enforcement & RAT

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA.

Experience:

Minimum 8 years in human resource management, legal work, intelligence, investigation, or security (for Bachelor’s degree holders).

Minimum 6 years of experience for Master’s degree holders, focusing on compliance with regulations and policies related to bus operations, including ticket verification and traffic laws.

Additional Advantage:

Prior experience in defense forces is a plus.

Proficiency in IT-based monitoring systems is required.

Executive – Enforcement

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Experience, Skills & Abilities Required:

At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in human resource management, legal work, security, or passport operations.

Familiarity with ETMS and cash deposit machines.

Experience in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to bus operations, including ticket verification and traffic laws.

Knowledge of IT-based monitoring systems is essential.
