The Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Government of Jammu & Kashmir is inviting applications from retired Executive Engineers (Civil) or individuals of higher rank for the role of Quality Monitor under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS). This position focuses on quality inspection and monitoring of MGNREGS projects across Jammu & Kashmir.
Position Details
- Position Title: UT Level Quality Monitor (UT-QM)
- Total Positions: 10 Quality Monitor positions available at both UT and district levels.

- District Level Quality Monitors (QMs): 10 Positions
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Retired Engineer: Must be a retired Executive Engineer (Civil) or of higher rank.
- Experience: Previous experience in quality monitoring is required. Preference is given to candidates with certifications from prior departments.
- Health and Fitness: Candidates should be in good physical condition for fieldwork.
- Age Limit: The upper age limit is 65 years.
- Domicile: Domicile certificate of Jammu & Kashmir is mandatory.
