Selection Process:
- Shortlisting: Based on educational qualifications and other criteria.
- Selection: Candidates will be selected based on a ratio of 1:5 for interviews, considering academic scores.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Residents: Must be residents of Jammu District, J&K.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to travel to various blocks/villages in Jammu district.
- Qualifications: Must provide personal certificates for education, self-certification of birth, identity proof, proof of residence, and valid experience related to the position.
