Mission Shakti (One Stop Centre – OSC) Kargil Recruitment for Various District-Level Posts
Applications are invited for filling various district-level posts under Mission Shakti (One Stop Centre – OSC) Kargil. Below are the details of the posts and qualifications required:
Age Limit:
- The age limit for all positions is between 18 to 45 years as of 30th April 2024.

Terms & Conditions:
- Contractual Appointment:
The appointment is purely on a contractual basis. Continuous work/renewal of the contract does not confer any right to claim regularization or permanent absorption against the post. - Engagement Period:
All engagements will expire on 31st March 2026, unless further engagement/re-engagement orders are issued. The engagement is temporary, and candidates cannot claim extensions or regularization. - Multiple Applications:
Applicants who wish to apply for more than one post must fill out separate forms for each post.
Additional Information:
- Background Verification:
Police verification of staff is mandatory prior to their appointment to ensure credibility and accountability. - Income Tax Provisions:
The rules regarding income tax and other taxes shall apply as per the regulations. - Leave Policy:
Project Management Unit (PMU) staff shall be eligible for 12 days of leave in a calendar year. Thereafter, remuneration will be deducted on a pro-rata basis. - Leave and Travel Allowance:
Leave and travel allowances will be provided according to the rules framed by the Administration of the Union Territory of Ladakh, Social & Tribal Welfare Department. - Additional Incentives:
Any other incentives provided under the respective scheme guidelines shall be applicable.
