Eligibility Criteria

• Residency: Applicants must be permanent residents of Jammu and Kashmir
• Age Limit: Candidates should be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Educational Qualifications:A graduation degree from a recognized institution is required. The previous requirement for Urdu proficiency has been removed.
