Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess a two-year MBA/MSW/PG Degree or PG Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or Personnel Management. For dual degrees in HR and another specialization, HR must be the major. If the degree does not explicitly list HR as a major, candidates should have studied at least five of the following subjects:
- Labour Laws
- Organizational Behavior
- Human Resource Management
- Management Principles and Practices
- Human Resource Development
- Industrial Relations
- Recruitment & Selection
- HR Analytics
Note:
- A First Class degree is required for General/OBC/EWS candidates, while SC/ST/PwBD candidates need a Pass Class from an AICTE-approved institution.
- Candidates whose degrees do not match the specified disciplines will be disqualified.
- For CGPA or credit systems, candidates must provide the conversion formula per their university’s standards.
Age Relaxation
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD: 10 years (minimum 40% disability)
- Ex-Servicemen: As per government guidelines.
Remuneration
- Assistant Manager (HR) / E-III: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000
- Probationary Officer (HR) / E-II: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000

Selection Procedure
- Candidates must accurately fill out the application and attach required documents; discrepancies will lead to rejection.
- Eligible candidates will undergo a Written Test (85 marks).
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview in a 1:5 ratio for E-II and 1:7 for E-III positions.
- Minimum qualifying marks: 35% for General/OBC/EWS and 30% for SC/ST/PwBD in both tests and interviews.
